Foam Galaxie 500 9% 100% Galaxy hop bill, bring big tropical flavor notes, pineapple, papaya, & citrus. 

Foam The Nameless 7% El Dorado and Southern Cross hops lend flavors of papaya, orange zest, & pine.

Foley Brothers Fair Maiden IIPA 8.2% Seven hop varieties with a rich toasted malt backbone to provide balance. 

Frost Starchild 6% Starchild shreds on the lighter side of hazy, with tropical aroma and flavor from abundant use of New Zealand hops.

Hill Farmstead Edward 5.2% Crafted from American malted barley, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus and Simcoe, their ale yeast and water from Edward’s well.

Hill Farmstead Society & Solitude 3 8% The series of experimental imperial IPAs continues. This one is hopped with ample amounts of Columbus and is reminiscent of… an Imperial Harlan?

Hill Farmstead Society & Solitude 7 8% The series of experimental double IPAs continues. Double IPA brewed with Amarillo® and Simcoe® hops.

Hill Farmstead Song Of Spring 6% Vermont-grown Nugget and Cascade from Champlain Valley Hops, as well as Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Strata.

Hill Farmstead Three Magic Letters 6% American IPA Brewed with Nelson Sauvin®, Riwaka, and Simcoe®

Resilience Combover 7% Citrus, strawberry and spruce notes fill the palate, Galaxy hops dominate in this American IPA.

Rive Roost Double Mas Verde 8% The big sibling to Mas Verde. Citra & Chinook hops here as well. 

River Roost Morilla 6.7% Mosaic and Amarillo hops used lend flavors of tangerine, floral, and citrus.

Ten Bends Cream Puff War 8.2% Fermented with peaches and plenty of hops. The result is an undercarriage of peach, not too sweet, and bright hop hops.

Weird Window We Named The Dog Citra 6% When you name the brewery dog after great hops, you brew a beer named after the dog. 100% Citra hops.

Allagash Little Sal 5.6% LOTS of Maine lowbush blueberries per gallon of sour red beer. Six months in red wine barrels. Get some while you can.

Ayinger Celebrator Dopplebock 6.7% A dark mahogany color, rich while incredibly smooth, award winning Doppelbock. If you don’t know, now you do.

Burlington Beer Co Red Setter 5% This Irish Red Ale has notes of toasted biscuit, butterscotch, and dark fruit. 

Dieu du Ciel Peche Mortel NITRO 9.5% This Imperial Coffee Stout is one of the best in the world! Beautifully rounded flavors of dark malt and coffee, smoothed out to perfection on Nitro.

Downeast Blackberry Cider 5% Hard cider with blackberries, a nice balance of fruit, tart, & sweet. 

Fiddlehead Hodad 5.5% Porter brewed with house toasted coconut, cacao nibs, vanilla bean and lactose.

Fiddlehead White 5.3% Traditional wheat ale brewed with coriander, orange peel and our proprietary blend of grains.

Hill Farmstead Charlie 1.8% A touch tart, with beautiful citrus notes. Refreshing flavors abound, all in a low ABV beer. Drink it. It’s good.

Kraemer & Kin Honey Ale 5.6% While notes of honey

comb is present, this drinks like an Amber Ale.

Kraemer & Kin Tulsi Basil Wheat Ale 5.2% A wonderful pairing, locally grown Tusli lingers on the back of a refreshing crisp wheat ale. Fantastic with food. 

Lost Abbey Brandy Angels Share 14.7% This particular gem is somewhat similar to an Abbey Dubbel Ale, with a twist. It’s also aged in brandy barrels. 

Mayflower Porter 5.2% A great example of a Porter in all its dark drinkability. Everything you would expect from one of the most reliable Porters made.

Queen City Gregarious Scotch Ale 7.5% Kettle caramelization of the Scottish Malt sugars combined with cool fermentation temperatures produces a smooth, full-bodied Scotch Ale.

Rodenbach Grand Cru 6% A Flanders Red, this consists of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 beer matured two years in oak. The result is a complex beer with a composition of tartness, red fruit, and wood. AMAZING.

Weird Window Urcas Gold 6.5% An adjunct free stout, dark chocolate notes combine with roasted malt backbone to provide a delicious beverage.

Schilling Alexandr 5% Alexandr is the first and original Czech-style pilsner crafted at Schilling. Authentic raw materials shine, and so will almost any beer-friendly food paired with this Czech-inspired lager.

Hill Farmstead Mary 4.8% Mary was Edward’s mother and our great-grandmother. An Unfiltered and naturally carbonated German-style Pilsner brewed with our well water, German pilsner malt, our favorite German hops, and classic German lager yeast.

3Fonteinen Oude Kriek (2020) 6% 375ml bottle It is produced by macerating cherries, including the pits, in young lambic. $24/btl.

3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze (2017) 6% 375ml bottle a blend of one-, two-, and three-year old traditional lambics, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. No two bottlings are alike. $24/btl.

Gueuzerie Tilquin Gueuze Squared (2016) 7.6% 750ml bottle This is a higher abv version of the Oude Gueuze Tilquin containing the blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics in oak barrels. Due to over-carbonation, the beer underwent a second barrel aging process before being bottled a second time. $55/btl.
